Who we are
This website, saktec.com, is operated by SAK Technologies (Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). In this notice "SAK", "we" and "us" mean that entity. We are responsible for the personal information described here. We handle it in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK GDPR.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, work email, organisation, the service you're interested in, any message you write, and — if you ask for an exposure report — the domain you want assessed.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to include.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested, time of request) to deliver the page and protect the service.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare an exposure report or a proposal.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, use it for unrelated marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
The exposure report
If you give us a domain, we assess what is publicly visible about it from the internet — the same information any outside party could see. We do not attempt to access non-public systems. Please only submit a domain that belongs to the organisation you represent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email. They process information on our behalf and under contract; they are listed on our Trust page. If an enquiry leads to an engagement delivered with one of our accredited partners, we will tell you before sharing your details with them. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is held
Our service providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal information is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so only as the PDPL and its implementing regulations permit, with contractual safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you at any time. Email contact@saktec.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Security
We protect the information we hold with access controls, encryption in transit, and the practices described on our Trust page.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
